摘要
布氏生态系统理论注重人的发展与生态环境之间的交互关系,强调人的发展对生态构建的积极作用。文章依托布氏生态系统理论的PPCT模型,通过问卷调查和半结构化访谈,分析外语教师的需求特征、资源特征和动力特征,深入探究影响医学院校外语教师专业发展的社会因素、工作因素和个人因素,提出以外语教育教学改革为主体、以课程思政和医学人文为两翼的创新构想,探索新时代背景下新医科与新文科建设的融合路径。
Bronfenbrenner s ecological systems theory emphasizes the interactive relationship between human development and the ecological environment,highlighting the positive role of human development in ecological construction.Based on Bronfenbrenner s ecological systems theory and the PPCT model,this study utilized questionnaire surveys and semi-structured interviews to analyze the demand characteristics,resource characteristics,and motivational characteristics of foreign language teachers.It explores in depth the social factors,work factors,and personal factors influencing the professional development of foreign language teachers in medical colleges and universities.The study proposes an innovative concept centered on foreign language education reform,with curriculum ideological education and medical humanities as the two wings,to explore the integration path of new medical sciences and new humanities under the background of the new era.
