基于职业认同形成理论的医学生职业素养内涵、培养规律与培养路径

摘要 基于职业认同形成理论的医学生院校教育阶段职业素养内涵包括利他主义、人道主义、同理心、沟通、团队合作等5个方面,应遵循循序渐进、服务学习、批判循证、评价强化、榜样示范等规律,提出确定培养目标、优化课程体系、构建养成体系、强化实践体系、完善评价体系、改革教学方法等医学生职业素养培养路径。 Based on the theory of vocational identity formation,the connotation of professional qualities of medical students in the educational stage of medical schools includes five aspects:altruism,humanitarianism,empathy,communication,and teamwork.It is proposed that the cultivation of professional qualities should follow the laws of gradual progression,service learning,critical evidence-based thinking,reinforcement through evaluation,and exemplary demonstration.This study puts forward the cultivation path of professional qualities for medical students,which involves defining cultivation objectives,optimizing curriculum systems,establishing development systems,strengthening practical systems,improving evaluation systems,and reforming teaching methods.
