学生对“教不严,师之惰”不认可情况及其原因分析

Analysis of Students Non-Recognition of“Lenient Teaching,Lazy Instructors”and Its Reasons

医学教育事关健康和生命。医学专业教师有必要严格要求学生学习。学生对“教不严,师之惰”认可情况未知。调查结果显示,61.70%的学生认可,38.30%的学生不认可。91.67%的不认可学生不认可理由是学习是学生的事,学习不在教师是否严格,而在学生是否积极主动自主学习。因此,大多数学生的学习态度是端正的,教师不必纠结,更没有必要放弃教师的职责和义务。

Medical education is crucial for health and life.Strict requirements for students are the foremost virtue in university.It is unknown how students recognize the situation of“lenient teaching,lazy instructors”.Survey results show that 61.70%of students approve,while 38.30%do not;91.67%of those who do not approve state that learning is the students responsibility,and the focus of learning is not on whether the teacher is strict but on whether the students are actively engaged in independent learning.Therefore,the majority of students have a positive attitude toward learning.Teachers do not need to be overly concerned,and there is no need to abandon the duties and obligations of teaching.
