探讨跨专业合作原位模拟培训在神经内科护士应急能力培养中的效果研究

Study on the Effectiveness of Interprofessional Collaborative In Situ Simulation Training in Developing Emergency Response Skills for Neurology Nurses

目的:探讨跨专业合作原位模拟培训在神经内科护士应急能力培养中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年7月至2022年1月神经内科参加严重过敏反应应急能力培训的护士作为研究对象,2021年7月参加培训的护士设为对照组,2022年1月参加培训的护士设为试验组,对照组采用传统情景模拟教学方法,试验组采用跨专业合作原位模拟培训方式,比较两组教学效果。结果:试验组跨专业合作学习评估量表得分、护士能力得分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:跨专业合作原位模拟培训能够提高护士应急抢救中跨专业合作配合程度,提高护士应急处理的专业技术能力和非技术能力,值得应用。

Objective:This study aims to explore the application effectiveness of interprofessional collaborative in situ simulation training in developing emergency response skills for neurology nurses.Methods:Neurology nurses who participated in severe allergic reaction emergency training from July 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects.Nurses trained in July 2021 were assigned to the control group,and those trained in January 2022 were assigned to the experimental group.The control group received traditional scenario simulation teaching methods,while the experimental group received interprofessional collaborative in situ simulation training.The teaching effectiveness between the two groups was compared.Results:The experimental group scored higher in the interprofessional collaboration ability scale and nursing competence compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Interprofessional collaborative in situ simulation training enhances nurses interprofessional collaboration in emergency rescue,improves their professional technical skills and non-technical competencies in emergency management,and thus is recommended for application.
