摘要
目的:探究基于OSCE的逆向思维教学法在急诊科护理带教中的应用效果。方法:选取急诊科护生182人,均分为对照组和试验组。对照组91人应用传统教学法,试验组91人应用基于OSCE的逆向思维教学法,评价两组带教效果。结果:试验组的理论及技能考核成绩、临床急救能力、评判性思维能力均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用基于OSCE的逆向教学法进行急诊科护理带教,与应用传统教学法相比较,在提高护生理论知识及技能操作水平、临床急救能力、评判性思维能力方面具有显著成效。
Objective:To explore the application effectiveness of the reverse thinking teaching method based on OSCE in emergency department nursing preceptorship.Methods:A total of 182 emergency department nursing students were randomly divided into a control group(n=91)and an experimental group(n=91).The control group received traditional teaching methods,while the experimental group received the reverse thinking teaching method based on OSCE.The teaching effectiveness of both groups was evaluated.Results:The experimental group demonstrated significantly higher scores in theoretical and skills assessments,clinical emergency response capabilities,and critical thinking abilities compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the reverse thinking teaching method based on OSCE in emergency department nursing preceptorship significantly improves the theoretical knowledge,practical skills,clinical emergency response capabilities,and critical thinking abilities of nursing students compared to traditional teaching methods.
