OSCE实训联合PBL教学法在提升规培护士临床工作能力中的应用

Based on OSCE Training Combined with PBL Teaching Method to Enhance Clinical Work Abilities of Resident Nurses

目的:探讨OSCE实训联合PBL教学法在提升规培护士临床工作能力中的应用效果。方法:选取2016年至2018年新入职的70名护士作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组35人。对照组采用常规教学法,试验组在对照组基础上采用OSCE实训联合PBL教学法。分别于培训前后对两组护士进行临床工作能力考核,且培训结束后对两组护士进行患者满意度调查。分析两组护士的考核成绩及患者满意度调查结果。结果:试验组的临床工作能力明显高于对照组(P<0.01);试验组护士的患者满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:OSCE联合PBL教学法能显著提高规培护士的临床工作能力及患者满意度。

Objective:This study explores the application effectiveness of OSCE training combined with Problem-Based Learning(PBL)in improving the clinical work abilities of resident nurses.Methods:A total of 70 newly recruited nurses from 2016 to 2018 were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 35 participants in each group.The control group received conventional teaching methods,while the experimental group received OSCE training combined with PBL on top of conventional methods.Clinical work ability assessments were conducted before and after training for both groups,and patient satisfaction surveys were administered after the training.The results of clinical work ability assessments and patient satisfaction surveys between the two groups were analyzed.Results:The total score of clinical work abilities in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Regarding satisfaction,patients evaluations of professional ethics,work skills,communication,and service attitude of nurses in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:OSCE combined with PBL teaching method can significantly improve the clinical work abilities of resident nurses and increase patient satisfaction.
