摘要
为满足爱宠者日益增长的用户需求,廓清宠物APP应具备的功能,从用户视角切入,通过访谈与问卷调研相结合的方法获取用户资料。将访谈资料用扎根理论分析,初步得出用户需求;将问卷资料用因子分析法分析,可以进一步得出用户对宠物APP真实而全面的需求。把用户需求转化为宠物APP相对应的功能,发现线上医疗、社交娱乐和传统的宠物用品购买服务是用户真实需要的,且重要程度依次降低。这可以为宠物相关的研究提供借鉴,提高行业服务质量,扩大有效内需,拉动经济增长。
In order to meet the growing user needs of pet lovers,the functions that pet apps should have are clarified,and user information is obtained from the perspective of users through the combination of interviews and questionnaires.Analyze the interview data with grounded theory,and preliminarily get the user needs;By analyzing the questionnaire data with factor analysis,users'real and comprehensive needs for pet apps can be further obtained.By translating user needs into corresponding functions of pet APP,it is found that online medical care,social entertainment and traditional pet supplies purchase services are the real needs of users,and their importance is decreasing in turn.This can provide references for pet-related research,improve industry service quality,expand effective domestic demand,and stimulate economic growth.
