文章对新时代短视频艺术培育青少年中华传统美德的发展现状做全面梳理,进行归纳、分析、提炼、总结,分析当今短视频艺术类型特征、创作与生产、传统美德内涵及教育、青少年特征需求、短视频培育青少年传统美德的功能等方面存在的问题与发展的机遇,进而对政策与措施、国内外理论经验、培育模式、整体举措、实现路径与评价体系等各方面进行系统全面探究,就我国新时代短视频艺术培育青少年中华传统美德的具体路径与整体框架的构建,提出建设性意见。

First of all,the development status of short video art in the new era to cultivate young people's traditional Chinese virtues is comprehensively sorted out,summarized,analyzed,refined and summarized,and the existing problems and development opportunities in current short video art type characteristics,creation and production,connotation and education of traditional virtues,characteristic needs of young people,functions of short video in cultivating young people's traditional virtues are analyzed.Then,the paper makes a systematic and comprehensive exploration of policies and measures,theoretical experience at home and abroad,cultivation mode,overall measures,realization path and evaluation system,etc.,and puts forward constructive suggestions on the specific path and overall framework construction of short video art cultivating Chinese traditional virtues for young people in the new era in China.
