摘要
试验旨在评定发酵菌渣在中速型黄羽肉鸡上的饲用价值。选取体重(2.04±0.14)kg的60日龄健康雄性黄羽肉鸡(土皇6号)45只,随机分为3组。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,A、B组分别饲喂以20%、30%发酵菌渣替代基础饲粮(微量元素预混料及维生素预混料除外)构成的待测饲粮。试验结束时测定平均日采食量、能量代谢、营养代谢指标。试验期13 d。结果显示:A、B组黄羽肉鸡平均日采食量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。发酵菌渣替代比例A、B组不同,经套算法计算得出的钙、磷及粗纤维代谢率存在显著差异(P<0.05),代谢能及其他营养物质代谢率差异不显著(P>0.05)。A、B组发酵菌渣的表观(真)代谢能分别为4.87、5.21 MJ/kg(5.01、5.39 MJ/kg),氮校正表观(真)代谢能为4.77、5.14 MJ/kg(4.92、5.32 MJ/kg),总能代谢率为32.88%、33.77%,氮代谢率为22.86%、18.31%;干物质的表观(真)代谢率为24.24%、22.67%(26.37%、24.55%)、粗蛋白为22.86%、18.31%(31.91%、27.45%)、粗脂肪为58.39%、48.92%(59.02%、49.58%)、中性洗涤纤维为19.20%、25.44%(18.99%、25.44%)、酸性洗涤纤维为62.67%、58.51%(62.38%、58.48%)。由此得出,待测原料替代比例可能会影响套算法计算出的钙、磷及粗纤维的代谢率;但代谢能及其他营养物质代谢率可作为发酵菌渣在黄羽肉鸡上应用的参考数据。
The experiment aims to evaluate the nutritional value of fermented pleurotus eryngii residue in yellow-feather broilers.45 healthy male yellow-feather broilers(Tuhuang No.6)weighing(2.04±0.14)kg at 60 days old were randomly divided into 3 groups.Control group was fed with basal diet,groups A and B with basal diets+20%and 30%fermented pleurotus eryngii residue,respectively.At the end of the experiment,the average daily feed intake(ADFI),energy metabolism and nutrient metabolism were mea⁃sured.The experiment lasted for 13 days.The results showed as follows:the ADFI was significantly in⁃creased in groups A and B(P<0.05).The groups A and B with different substitution ratios of fermented fungus residue had a significant difference in the metabolic rates of calcium,phosphorus,and crude fiber calculated by the substitution method(P<0.05),while no significant differences were found in the metabolizable energy and nutrient metabolizable rates(P>0.05).The AME(TME)and AMEN(TMEN)of fermented fungus residue in groups A and B were 4.87,5.21 MJ/kg(5.01,5.39 MJ/kg)and 4.77,5.14 MJ/kg(4.92,5.32 MJ/kg),respec⁃tively.The total energy metabolism rate and nitrogen metabolism rate were 32.88%,33.77%and 22.86%,18.31%,respectively.The apparent(true)metabolic rates of DM,CP,EE,NDF,and ADF were 24.24%,22.67%(26.37%,24.55%),22.86%,18.31%(31.91%,27.45%),58.39%,48.92%(59.02%,49.58%),19.20%,25.44%(18.99%,25.44%),and 62.67%,58.51%(62.38%,58.48%),respectively.It is con⁃cluded that the substitution ratio of untested raw materials may affect the metabolic rate of calcium,phos⁃phorus,and crude fiber calculated by the substitution method,while metabolizable energy and other nutri⁃ent metabolizable rates can be used as a data reference for the application of fermented pleurotus eryngii residue in yellow-feather broilers.
