摘要
文章介绍了一起电动机启动过程中因复杂原因造成6 kV母线跳闸的事故。通过分析母线跳闸过程中各开关和保护装置动作时序,再结合对相关设备的试验分析,得出本次母线跳闸事故的原因包括电机短路、防跳回路故障、保护误整定等。最后针对本次事故暴露的问题提出了相应的防范整改措施。
This paper introduces an accident of 6 kV bus trip caused by complex reasons during the starting process of an electric motor.By analyzing the timing of actions of each switch and protection device during the bus trip,combined with experimental analysis of relevant equipment,the causes of this bus trip accident are identified,including motor short circuit,anti-tripping circuit fault,and protection setting error.Finally,corresponding preventive and corrective measures are put forward for the problems exposed in this accident.
