摘要
文章以A省某高职院校为例,分析产教融合视域下高职学生工匠精神培养的路径,探讨出工匠精神培养路径的影响因素,通过相关性、聚类分析、主成分提取,再采用逐步回归法进行实证分析,结果显示思想政治课进行工匠精神培育、专业课教学中渗透工匠精神、任课教师自身敬业精神、平台宣传工匠精神、校内实训课培育学生工匠精神是影响工匠精神培养路径的主要因素。最后,又从加强工匠精神渗透式教育、构建产教融合的工匠育人模式、营造弘扬工匠精神的浓厚氛围三个方面提出具体建议。
Taking a vocational college in A Province as an example,this paper analyzes the path of cultivating the craftsmanship spirit among higher vocational students from the perspective of integrating industry and education.Through correlation,cluster analysis,principal component extraction,and then stepwise regression for empirical analysis,it explores the factors influencing the path to cultivate the craftsmanship spirit.According to the results,the ideological and political courses cultivating the craftsmanship spirit,the specialized courses integrating the spirit,the dedication of teachers,the platform advocating the spirit as well as the on-campus practical training courses fostering the spirit are the main factors.Finally,specific suggestions are put forward from three aspects:strengthening the penetration of the craftsmanship spirit education,building a educational model that integrates industry and education,and creating a strong atmosphere for carrying forward the craftsmanship spirit.
