摘要
目的探讨高危型HPV感染与乳腺癌患者临床特征及癌组织核因子-κB(NF-κB)、p53、Ki-67和人类表皮生长因子受体-2(HER-2)蛋白表达的相关性。方法选取2021年1月至2023年2月在河北省张家口市第一医院治疗的乳腺癌患者124例,采用流式荧光杂交法检测HPV感染情况,免疫组织化学染色法检测NF-κB、p53、Ki-67和HER-2蛋白表达,分析不同临床特征患者HPV感染情况,以及HPV感染与NF-κB、p53、Ki-67和HER-2蛋白表达的关系。结果高危型HPV感染率为70.97%;低分化患者高危型HPV感染率为88.46%,高于中高分化患者(P<0.05);有淋巴结转移患者高危型HPV感染率为89.74%,高于无淋巴结转移患者(P<0.05);伴高危型HPV感染乳腺癌患者NF-κB、p53、Ki-67和HER-2蛋白阳性表达率分别为72.73%、69.32%、87.50%和39.77%,高于不伴高危型HPV感染乳腺癌患者(P<0.05);高危型HPV感染与NF-κB、p53、Ki-67和HER-2蛋白阳性表达呈正相关(P均<0.001)。结论高危型HPV感染与乳腺癌病理特征相关,临床应高度关注高危型HPV感染可能带来的乳腺癌患者不良预后。
Objective To explore the correlation between high-risk human papilloma virus infection and clinical characteristics of breast cancer patients and the protein expression of nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB),p53,Ki-67 and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER-2)in cancer tissues.Methods 124 patients with breast cancer who were treated in Zhangjiakou First Hospital of Hebei Province from January 2021 to February 2023 were selected.HPV infection was detected by flow cytometry fluorescence hybridization and the expression of NF-κB,p53,Ki-67 and HER-2 proteins was detected by immunohistochemical staining.HPV infection in patients with different clinical characteristics and the relationship between HPV infection and the expression of NF-κB,p53,Ki-67 and HER-2 proteins was analyzed.Results The infection rate of high-risk HPV was 70.97%.The infection rate of high-risk HPV in poorly differentiated patients was 88.46%,which was higher than that in patients with moderate to high differentiation(P<0.05).The high-risk HPV infection rate in patients with lymph node metastasis was 89.74%,which was higher than in patients without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).The positive expression rates of NF-κB,p53,Ki-67 and HER-2 proteins in breast cancer patients with high-risk HPV infection were 72.73%,69.32%,87.50%and 39.77%,respectively,which was higher than those in breast cancer patients without high-risk HPV infection(P<0.05).High risk HPV infection was positively correlated with the positive expression of NF-κB,p53,Ki-67 and HER-2 proteins(P all<0.001).Conclusion High-risk HPV infection is associated with pathological features of breast cancer.Therefore,clinical attention should be paid to the adverse prognosis of breast cancer patients caused by high-risk HPV infection.
