免疫缺陷相关性伯基特淋巴瘤/白血病1例

摘要 伯基特淋巴瘤(burkitt’s lymphoma,BL)由Denis Burkitt于1958年首次提出。BL是一种高度侵袭性但可治愈的B细胞非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL),常表现为结外淋巴瘤,可呈现急性白血病临床表现[1]。根据流行病学的不同,BL可分为地方性、散发性和免疫缺陷相关性3个变异型,免疫缺陷相关性BL最常见于人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染患者[2]。现将宁夏回族自治区人民医院收治的1例以白血病为临床表现的HIV相关性BL(HIV-BL)病例报道如下。
