基于WebGL的汽轮机拆装三维可视化方法研究

摘要 为提升汽轮机安装和检修的工作效率和质量,提出了基于WebGL的汽轮机拆装三维可视化方法。基于汽轮机安装和拆卸工艺,对汽轮机模型进行数据处理和显示优化,然后在网页端渲染,由此建立了汽轮机可视化拆装平台,实现了汽轮机产品安装和拆卸的三维交互式说明和指导。研究成果可为推进汽轮机产品生命周期数字化工作提供重要参考。 In order to improve the efficiency and quality of turbine assembly and maintenance,a WebGL-based 3D visualization method for turbine assembly and disassembly was proposed.Based on the corresponding working processes,the models in turbine were digitized and optimized for display.With the models being rendered on web page,a visualized turbine assembly and disassembly platform was formed,therefore,3D interactive instructions and guidance for the assembly and disassembly of steam turbine products could be provided.The research results can provide important reference for improving life cycle digitalization of steam turbine product.
