摘要
随着近年来“中国制造2025”“智慧汽轮机”等新兴研究发展规划的提出,如何提高系统的数字化水平成为了行业的研究热点。利用AMESim搭建高压调门油动机的数字仿真模型,在模型中设置故障模块,利用计算机仿真技术实现了对油动机工作状态的仿真模拟。针对其正常工况与异常工况进行仿真,通过相关参数的调整实现了对油动机不同工况的虚拟调试,模型仿真结果与实验实测数据相对偏差不超过5%,对比结果验证了所建立的模型可以很好地反映油动机多工况下的工作状态与性能。研究成果可为油动机的状态监测与故障识别提供新的研究思路。
With the resent proposal of research and development plans,such as“Made in China 2025”and“Intelligent Steam Turbine”,to enhance the digitalization level of industry systems has become a research focus.A digital simulation model of high-pressure control valve hydraulic motor was constructed using AMESim,and by incorporating a fault module into the model,the hydraulic motor's operating states were simulated and modeled utilizing computer simulation technology.Simulations were conducted for both normal and abnormal operating states,and virtual debugging of the hydraulic motor under various conditions was realized through adjustment of relevant parameters.The relative deviations of the simulation results of the model from the experimental measurements were within 5%,showing that the model could effectively reflect the working state and performance of the hydraulic motor on multiple operating conditions.The research results can provide reference for condition monitoring and fault identification of hydraulic motor.
