某垃圾发电汽轮机动叶断裂故障分析及处理

摘要 垃圾发电汽轮机组的蒸汽参数较低,动叶片运行工况差,易发生故障,导致机组不能正常运行。某垃圾发电站的汽轮发电机组运行中,转子第7级叶片发生了多次断裂。针对断裂原因进行了分析,通过强度核算、频率计算、安全稳定性分析认定了其原因在于高频激振避开率不足。对叶片固有频率、结构、材料、装配工艺等进行了优化,提高了该级叶片的安全性。对改造后的叶片进行了评估核算,结果验证了所采取的优化处理措施的效果。研究成果可以为汽轮机动叶片同类型的运行故障处理提供参考。 Due to the low steam parameters of garbage power generation turbine unit and poor operating conditions,there is high possibility for the rotating blades to come into failure,and the unit might not operate normally.During the operation of steam turbine in a certain garbage power plant,the 7th stage rotating blade experienced many times of fractures.Analysis was conducted to find out the cause,and through calculation of strength and frequency and analysis of safety and stability,it was determined that the reason was insufficiency of avoidance rate of high-frequency excitation.Optimization was carried out accordingly from aspects of natural frequency,structure,material and assembly process of blades,so the safety of this stage of blades was improved.The evaluation of the renovated blades was conducted,and its results verified the effectiveness of the optimization measures.The research results can provide reference for handling operation failure of the same type of rotating blades in steam turbines.
