钢结构半刚性节点非线性抗弯刚度在设计软件中的实现方法

摘要 目前,常用设计软件只能将梁柱节点定义为完全铰接或者完全刚接,无法直接指定节点的非线性刚度,不能快捷地对梁柱半刚性节点钢结构进行整体分析。为提高设计效率,在基于通用有限元软件ANSYS整体分析结果的基础上,选取国内常用的钢结构设计软件Midas Gen及3D3S,采用建立弹性连接并赋予其非线性刚度的方式,模拟梁柱节点半刚性连接特性,对一单榀三层框架结构进行了非线性分析,并提出了相应的修正方法。修正后的结果表明:采用本文提供的方法,Midas Gen及3D3S的计算结果与ANSYS误差均较小,可用于结构设计。同时,采用本方法可快捷地对梁截面进行修改验算,完成合适的内力调幅,提高结构经济性。 At present, the common design software can only define the beam-column joint as fully hinged or completely rigid, and the nonlinear stiffness of the node cannot be directly specified, and the overall analysis of the beam-column semi-rigid joint steel structure cannot be carried out quickly.In order to improve the design efficiency, based on the overall analysis results of the general finite element software ANSYS,the steel structure design software Midas gen and 3D3S were selected to simulate the semi-rigid connection characteristics of the beam-column joints by establishing the elastic connection and giving it nonlinear stiffness, and the nonlinear analysis of a single three-layer frame structure was carried out, and the corresponding correction method was proposed.The corrected results show that the calculation results of Midas Gen and 3D3S are small and the ANSYS error is small using the method provided in this paper, which can be used for structural design.At the same time, this method can be used to quickly modify and check the beam cross-section, complete the appropriate internal force amplitude adjustment, and improve the structural economy.
