某地下车库上浮事故鉴定分析与处理

Identification analysis and treatment of a floating accident in an underground garage

上浮导致的结构损伤会降低结构的使用寿命,甚至会影响结构的整体安全,因此对上浮事故的分析与处理具有重要意义。某地下车库受暴雨影响发生局部上浮事故,为了解上浮事故对车库结构的影响,文章对事故现场的基本情况及工程相关资料进行了调查并对主要构件的损伤及变形情况进行检查。根据现场调查结果,分析了引起车库上浮的原因及车库内结构构件的损伤机理。根据检查及分析结果,分别对车库上浮及构件损伤针对性的提出了相应的加固处理措施。最终处理结果表明:本文采取的加固措施可以有效保证车库的安全及正常使用。本文结果可为为同类工程提供参考。

Structural damage caused by uplift will reduce the service life of the structure, even affect the overall safety of the structure, and it is of great significance to the analysis and treatment of floating accidents.Local floating accident was happened in an underground garage affected by rainstorm.In order to understand the influence of floating accident on garage structure, the basic situation of the accident site and relevant engineering data were investigated, the damage and deformation of structural members were checked.According to the field investigation results, the causes of the floating of the garage and the damage mechanism of the structural components in the garage were analyzed.Based on the inspection and analysis results, corresponding reinforcement measures were proposed for the floating and damaged components of the garage.The final treatment results showed that the reinforcement measures adopted in this paper can effectively ensure the normal use and safety of the garage.Through the analysis of the actual cases, the analysis and treatment methods of the floating accidents were briefly described, which can provide reference for similar projects.
