摘要
以数据为核心资源的数字化,正在成为引领新一轮科技革命的主要力量,将深远地影响医疗健康行业未来发展轨迹。针对后疫情时代各地出现的医疗挤兑现象,医院作为供给侧,院内运营信息化管理急需提升效率,大数据、物联网、人工智能等新技术的出现也成为医疗信息化进程的重要推动因素。对患者数据载体在医疗信息化流程中的所有参与环节进行介绍,依托模型-视图-视图模型(Model-View-ViewModel,MVVM)设计模式中的Model层,将数据载体流动导向作为关注核心,提出了基于MVVM模式的医疗信息化集成平台设计与实现。
The digitization with data as the core resource is becoming the main force leading a new round of scientific and technological revolution,which will profoundly affect the future development track of the medical and health industry.In view of the phenomenon of squeeze of medical resources in various places in the post-epidemic era,hospitals,as the supply side,urgently need to improve the efficiency of information management of hospital operations.The emergence of new technologies such as big data,internet of things,and artificial intelligence has also become an important driving factor in the process of medical informatization.All the participation links of patient data carrier in the process of medical informatization are introduced.Based on the model layer of Model-View-ViewModel(MVVM)design mode,the flow orientation of data carrier is taken as the core of attention,and the design and implementation of medical informatization integration platform based on MVVM mode are proposed.
