宝山矿业公司破碎筛分系统优化

摘要 随着宝山矿业公司铁精矿、稀土精矿产量的增加,需要提高球磨机处理量来增加产量,而提高球磨机处理能力最有效的措施就是增加球磨机给料的细粒级含量,实现多碎少磨。文章对宝山矿业公司现有破碎筛分系统进行了优化,通过改进破碎机布料器、调整中碎机偏心距、改进振动筛筛网筛孔尺寸,细碎机台时产量提高了40.71 t/h,破碎机作业率大幅度降低;中碎机衬板使用寿命延长了15天,细碎机衬板使用寿命延长了30天;振动筛的筛分效率由81.43%提高至84.70%,其筛下-12 mm含量由81.43%增加至94.12%;球磨机处理量增加至380 t/h,为铁精矿、稀土精矿的增产创造了条件。 With the increase of yield of iron concentrate and rare earth ore concentrate of Baoshan Mining Co.,it is necessary to increase the processing capacity of ball mill to increase yield,while the most effective measure is to increase the fine fraction content of feedstock of ball mill so that more crushing and less grinding is achieved.In the paper,it is introduced the existing crushing and screening system of Baoshan Mining Co.is optimized through improving the distributing device of crusher,adjusting the eccentric distance of intermediate crusher as well as improving the dimension of screen hole for screen cloth of vibrating screen.As a result,the machine-hour yield of fine crusher is increased by 40.71 t/h and operation rate of crusher is reduced sharply;service time of liner plate for intermediate crusher is extended by 15 days and service time of liner plate for fine crusher is extended by 30 days;screening efficiency of vibrating screen is increased from 81.43%to 84.70%and content of feedstock with size fraction of-12 mm under it is increased from 81.43%to 94.12%;processing capacity of ball mill is increased to 380 t/h,which creates conditions for increasing the yield of iron concentrate and rare earth ore concentrate.
