基于级联式LESO的SPMSM无传感器控制研究

摘要 永磁同步电机无传感器控制逐渐取代传统有位置传感器的矢量控制方案,但在面对复杂工况时,无传感器控制方案在对抗各类扰动方面存在固有劣势,往往出现转速和位置估计精度下降的情况。该文在永磁同步电机双闭环矢量控制的基础上,基于级联式线性扩张状态观测器实现对转速和转子位置的快速跟踪,并基于带宽法进行参数整定。通过Simulink仿真,验证该方案在负载突变情况下的转速和位置跟踪性能,仿真结果表明,所提方案与传统方案相比可有效提高无传感观测器的抗扰性能。 Sensorless control of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)has gradually replaced the traditional vector control scheme with position sensor,but in the face of complex working conditions,sensorless control scheme has inherent disadvantages in resisting all kinds of disturbances.There is often a decline in speed and position estimation accuracy.On the basis of double closed-loop vector control of permanent magnet synchronous motor,the fast tracking of speed and rotor position is realized based on cascaded linear extended state observer(LESO),and the parameters are adjusted based on bandwidth method.The speed and position tracking performance of the proposed scheme is verified by Simulink simulation.The simulation results show that the proposed scheme can effectively improve the disturbance rejection performance of the sensorless observer compared with the traditional scheme.
