摘要
该文通过不同工况下对钢模板和木模板进行数值模拟,结果分析,在不同的时间段内采用钢模板浇筑时,整体温度变化较小,较快使混凝土温度降低,而木模板具有一定保温作用,降温时间长,周期大;通过现场试验数据分析,B箱涵裂缝宽度为0.2~0.3 mm,C箱涵裂缝宽度为0.3~0.4 mm,从裂缝总体来看,C箱涵采用木模版裂缝宽度比B箱涵采用钢模板裂缝宽度略宽;通过数值模拟和现场试验数据对比,框架桥结构施工中采用钢模版较木模板对抑制裂缝效果更好。
In this paper,steel formwork and wood formwork are numerically simulated under different working conditions.The results show that when steel formwork is used in different periods of time,the overall temperature change is small,and the concrete temperature decreases rapidly,while wood formwork has a certain heat preservation effect,long cooling time and long period.Through the analysis of the field test data,the crack width of B box culvert is 0.2~0.3 mm and the crack width of C box culvert is 0.3~0.4 mm.Generally speaking,the crack width of wooden template in C box culvert is slightly wider than that of steel formwork in B box culvert.Through the comparison of numerical simulation and field test data,steel formwork is more effective in restraining cracks than wooden formwork in frame bridge construction.
