南方高海拔地区气象选线研究——以湖南省城步至龙胜(湘桂界)高速公路为例

摘要 湖南省城步至龙胜(湘桂界)高速公路位于我国地势第二阶梯向第三阶梯的过渡地带,区域内山地逆温效应明显,沿线冰、雪、雨和雾等恶劣气候天气明显,气象灾害对路线方案影响大。在城龙高速选线中坚持安全设计原则,根据现场气象调查结果,提出气象选线。经优化调整后的线位可消除恶劣天气对桥隧相连路段行车安全的影响,确保项目平安百年品质。 The highway from Chengbu to Longsheng(Hunan-Guangxi border)in Hunan Province is located in the transitional zone from the second ladder to the third ladder in China.The mountain inversion effect in the region is obvious,and the bad weather such as ice,snow,rain and fog along the line is obvious.Meteorological disasters have a great impact on the route plan.Adhering to the safety design principle in the route selection of Chengbu-Longsheng Highway,this paper puts forward the meteorological route selection according to the results of on-site meteorological investigation.The optimized and adjusted line position can eliminate the impact of bad weather on the traffic safety of the connecting sections of bridges and tunnels and can ensure the safety and quality of the project for a century.
