福建地震预警工程网络设计与应用

国家地震烈度速报与预警工程是一项旨在建立全国范围的地震烈度速报与预警观测网络的重大项目。福建地震预警工程作为一个子项目,涵盖台站观测、数据处理、信息服务、通信网络等体系,其中,通信网络作为该项目的重要组成部分,全力保障地震预警网安全可靠运行,为公众提供及时、准确的地震预警信息。该文主要介绍福建地震预警工程网络设计原则、核心网络建设方案以及省中心网络路由规划,同时给出预警区域中心网络建设的技术方案,最后介绍预警网络建成后的运行情况。福建地震预警工程提升了福建省紧急地震信息的发布能力,丰富了防震减灾公共服务产品,增强了信息服务的能力。

The National Earthquake Intensity Rapid Reporting and Early Warning Project is a major project aimed at establishing a nationwide earthquake intensity rapid reporting and early warning observation network.As a sub project,the Fujian earthquake early warning project covers station observation,data processing,information services,communication networks,and other systems.Among them,the communication network is an important component of the project,fully ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the earthquake early warning network and providing timely and accurate earthquake early warning information to the public.This paper mainly introduces the network design principle of Fujian earthquake early warning project,the construction scheme of core network and the network routing planning of provincial center,and gives the technical scheme of the construction of early warning regional center network.Finally,the operation of the early warning network is introduced.Fujian earthquake early warning project has enhanced the release ability of emergency earthquake information in Fujian Province,enriched the public service products for earthquake prevention and disaster reduction,and enhanced the ability of information service.
