智能建造技术在大型机场航站楼项目中的应用

摘要 随着建筑行业的信息化转型发展,信息技术与建筑行业的发展深度融合,涌现出一批应用智能建造方式的超大型项目。作为广东省交通体系中的重要节点,广州白云国际机场三期扩建项目T3航站楼工程处于禁飞区内,施工环境复杂,分包单位众多,在建设和运营过程中存在进度、安全、质量难以把控等问题,需要智能建造技术的赋能。通过BIM技术实现软件信息上的互通,通过5G通信耦合北斗定位系统进行硬件上的互通互联,辅以智慧工地系统、3D扫描技术、建筑机器人、数字化钢筋加工和倾斜摄影等智能建造技术的深度应用,发挥智能建造技术在信息采集、施工调度、质量验审等方面的优势,从而辅助工程精细化施工和管理,提升建造质量和效率,减少无效工期,推动项目按时保质完成履约。 With the information transformation and development of the construction industry and the deep integration of information technology and the construction industry,a number of super-large projects with the application of intelligent construction have emerged.As an important node in the transportation system of Guangdong Province,Terminal T3 of Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport Phase III extension project is located in the no-fly zone.The construction environment is complex and there are many subcontracting units.In the process of construction and operation,there are some problems,such as schedule,safety and quality,which are difficult to control.Intelligent construction technology is needed to enable the exchange of software information through BIM technology.The hardware interconnection is carried out through the 5G communication coupling Beidou positioning system,supplemented by the in-depth application of intelligent construction technologies such as intelligent construction system,3D scanning technology,construction robot,numerical control of steel bar processing,tilt photography and so on.give full play to the advantages of intelligent construction technology in information collection,construction scheduling,quality inspection,etc.,so as to assist the fine construction and management of the project,improve the quality and efficiency of construction,reduce the invalid construction period and promote the project to complete the performance on time and quality.
