智慧农村能源网格:虚拟电厂技术的实现与应用

摘要 我国农村屋顶资源丰富,但因农网承载力不足,导致农村屋顶光伏难以大规模推广。电动汽车下乡及农业机械电动化对提高农村用电负荷且为家庭微电网建设降低储能的建设成本,提高家庭微电网具有可行性。该文提出一个未来农村能源社区虚拟电厂解决方案,通过直流母线与交流母线混合型微电网可使农村屋顶光伏大规模推广,同时通过虚拟电厂中模型预测控制与家庭微网系统相结合的方式可降低农村社区用电成本及通过需求响应提供电网的灵活性。 China is rich in rural roof resources,but due to the lack of carrying capacity of rural power grid,rural roof photovoltaic is difficult to be popularized on a large scale.The electric vehicles going to the countryside and the electrification of agricultural machinery increase the rural power load and reduce the construction cost of energy storage for the construction of household microgrid,and improve the feasibility of household microgrid.This paper puts forward a future rural energy community virtual power plant solution,which can popularize rural roof photovoltaic on a large scale through DC bus and AC bus hybrid microgrid.At the same time,through the combination of model predictive control in virtual power plant and family microgrid system,the cost of electricity in rural community is reduced and the flexibility of power grid is provided through demand response.
