涉农高校学生劳动教育观念提升问题研究——以习近平劳动观为视角

Research on the Improvement of Labor Education Concept among Agricultural College Students-From the Perspective of Labor Concept of XI Jinping

高校开展劳动教育有助于学生深刻感受劳动光荣的道理,并热爱劳动、尊重劳动者,体会个体及社会的幸福都要以劳动为支撑来创造。但目前高校还存在着劳动育人体系不完善、劳动教育意识不到位、劳动教育资源保障不充分、学生对劳动教育认知不足等问题。本文以习近平劳动观为视角,探析正确劳动观对高校学生的指导意义,提出要强化正向宣传以营造劳动创造价值的教学氛围;崇尚劳动教育以引导树立积极向上的劳动价值观;注重实践应用以提升学生实践能力水平;强化制度引领,为实现劳动创造价值提供坚实保障以提升高校学生劳动观念。

Carrying out labor education in universities helps students deeply understand the glory of labor,love labor,respect workers,and realize that individual and social happiness should be created with labor as the support.However,there are still problems in universities,such as an imperfect labor education system,inadequate awareness of labor education,insufficient guarantee of labor education resources,and insufficient awareness of labor education among students.From the perspective of labor concept of XI Jinping,this paper analyzes the guiding significance of correct labor concept to college students,and proposes to strengthen the positive publicity to create the teaching atmosphere of labor creating value;to advocate labor education and guide the establishment of positive and upward labor values;to emphasize practical application and enhance students'practical ability level;to strengthen institutional guidance,so as to provide solid guarantees for realizing the creation of value through labor,and enhance the labor concept of college students.
