Construction and Improvement Strategies of Employment and Entrepreneurship Service System for College Students in Collaborative Education Environment

当前大学生就业创业问题愈发突出,采取协同育人的措施推进大学生就业创业服务体系建设,已成为社会各界关注的焦点。针对当前大学生就业创业面临的诸多挑战,文章从主体协同、政策完善、平台建设、资源配置和指导教育五个层面提出了应对措施,对于优化大学生就业创业环境、提升高等教育质量具有一定的理论和实践意义。

The issue of employment and entrepreneurship among college students has become increasingly acute.Taking collaborative education measures to promote the construction of a service system for employment and entrepreneurship among college students has become a focus of attention in the various sectors of society.In response to the many challenges faced by current college students in employment and entrepreneurship,this article proposes countermeasures from five levels:subject coordination,policy improvement,platform construction,resource allocation,and guidance education.This has certain theoretical and practical significance for optimizing the employment and entrepreneurship environment for college students and improving the quality of higher education.
