常压甲醇储罐氮封系统供气量设计对比分析

摘要 甲醇储罐氮封系统是一种常用的常压储罐的保护措施,本文系统介绍了氮封系统原理和压力选取依据,通过对HG/T20570.16-1995和API 2000-2014氮封系统供气量及其主要设备投资费用和年运行成本进行计算,并对结果进行分析,选取较为准确和经济的计算方法,为类似项目的甲醇储罐氮封供气量提供理论计算依据。 The nitrogen sealing system for methanol storage tanks is a commonly used protective measure for atmospheric pressure storage tanks.This paper systematically introduces the principle and pressure selection basis of the nitrogen sealing system.By calculating the gas supply,main equipment investment cost and annual operating cost of the nitrogen sealing system in HG/T20570.16-1995 and API 2000-2014,and analyzing the results,a more accurate and economical calculation method is selected to provide theoretical calculation basis for the nitrogen sealing gas supply of methanol storage tanks in similar projects.
