摘要 随着电力工程项目的规模和复杂性日益增加,有效的风险管理策略对于确保项目成功、控制成本和保障人员安全变得至关重要。首先概述了电力工程施工中的常见风险类型,阐述了风险管理的重要性,并介绍风险管理的核心环节:同时制定并实施了风险识别、风险评估以及风险应对策略,为电力工程项目的风险管理提供了切实可行的指导和建议。 With the increasing scale and complexity of power engineering projects,effective risk management strategies have become crucial to ensure the success of projects,and to control the cost and ensure the safety of personnel.This paper first summarizes the common risk types in the construction of power engineering,and expounds the importance of risk management,and introduces the core links of risk management:risk identification,risk assessment,and the formulation and implementation of risk response strategies,hoping to provide practical guidance and suggestions for the risk management of power engineering projects.
