Research on the Comprehensive Transportation Service Planning Strategy of Nanjing During the 14th Five-Year Plan Period

采用趋势导向和目标导向相结合的方法,分析“十四五”时期南京市综合运输服务的需求与面临的挑战,提出综合运输服务发展目标并制定精细化指标体系。从交通枢纽网络、运输服务体验、运输方式融合、绿色低碳转型、智慧交通治理等方面提出南京市“十四五”综合运输服务规划策略,为相关交通建设提供理论支撑。

Using a combination of trend oriented and goal oriented methods,the research analyzes the demand and challenges faced by Nanjings comprehensive transportation services during the 14th Five-Year Plan period,proposes development goals for comprehensive transportation services,and formulates a refined indicator system.The research puts forward the comprehensive transportation service planning strategy of Nanjing during the 14th Five-Year Plan period from the aspects of transportation hub network,transportation service experience,transportation mode integration,green and low-carbon transformation,and intelligent transportation governance,providing theoretical support for related transportation construction.
