江苏省普通国省道公路交通安全风险评估分析

Risk Assessment Analysis of Traffic Safety on Ordinary National and Provincial Highways in Jiangsu Province

以江苏省徐州市、太仓市和常州市的普通国省道公路为研究对象,在实地调研的基础上,从公路的几何条件、交通设施、路面状况和交通环境4个角度分析交通安全现状。根据交通安全现状,结合江苏省普通国省道公路的特征,提出清晰合理、实践难度较低的评估指标,以形成新的公路交通安全风险评估指标体系,并利用风险评估原理构建交通安全风险评估模型。通过分析50个公路评估点段的模型结果,验证模型的有效性,并将公路交通安全风险等级划分为5级。

Taking the ordinary national and provincial highways in Xuzhou,Taicang and Changzhou of Jiangsu Province as the research object,based on field research,the research analyzes the current situation of traffic safety from four perspectives:road geometry conditions,traffic facilities,pavement conditions and traffic environment.According to the current situation of traffic safety and the characteristics of ordinary national and provincial highways in Jiangsu Province,clear and reasonable assessment indexes with low practical difficulty are proposed to form a new highway traffic safety risk assessment index system.Based on the risk assessment principle,a traffic safety risk assessment model is constructed.The validity of the model is verified by calculating the model results of 50 highway assessment sections,and the highway traffic safety risk level is divided into 5 levels.
