摘要
[目的/意义]确定PGC模式的知识付费在线课程平台中用户付费意愿的影响因素,促进PGC模式的知识付费平台高质量发展。[方法/过程]爬取并筛选腾讯课堂中用户课程评论信息,利用LDA主题模型对提取的数据进行文本聚类分析,确定影响因素。通过好评和中差评的对比,突出用户对在线课程关注的重点。[结果/结论]从教学层面、声音层面、内容层面、功能层面和沟通层面确定正面影响因素和负面影响因素。并基于正面影响因素和负面影响因素的对比,将影响PGC模式的知识付费在线课程平台中用户的付费意愿因素按重要程度划分为四个梯度,并从主讲人、课程、以及学习者三个方面提出五点的建议。
[Purpose/significance]The paper intends to determine the influencing factors of users’willingness to pay in the PGC model knowledge payment online course platform,and promote the high-quality development of the PGC model knowledge payment platform.[Method/process]This paper crawls and screens the user course comment information in Tencent Classroom,uses the LDA topic model to perform text clustering analysis on the extracted data,and determines the influencing factors.The paper highlights the focus of users’attention to online courses by comparing positive and medium negative reviews.[Result/conclusion]The paper identifies positive and negative factors from the levels of teaching,sound,content,function and communication.Based on the comparison of positive and negative influencing factors,this paper divides the factors affecting users’willingness to pay in PGC model knowledge payment online course platform into four gradients according to their importance,and puts forward five suggestions from three aspects of the speaker,course and learner.
