复合材料C型梁成型质量影响因素研究

摘要 针对复合材料C型梁在采用自动铺带加热隔膜预成型制造时出现的褶皱问题,研究了自动铺带错拼缝间距、平板料层预压实、热隔膜次数及结构特征等因素对梁成型质量的影响,采用L/D的方法对零件质量进行表征,分析了不同因素下的梁缘条、腹板、R角等区域的褶皱情况,为梁产品研发时结构设计及制造工艺方案提供了参考。研究结果表明,自动铺带错拼缝间距对零件褶皱无影响,铺带后不进行预压实更有利于热隔膜预成型,降低缘条高度可一定程度上改善热隔膜预成型褶皱,分次热隔膜也能改善零件褶皱,但缘条高度较高时,分次热隔膜改善零件褶皱的效果不明显。 Wrinkles regular occurred when composite C spar formed by Automated Tape Laying(ATL)and Hot Drape forming(HDF),the effects of ATL splicing gaps、precompaction、multiple hot Drape forming and structure feature on the composite C spar forming quality were investigated.In order to evaluate the forming quality,wrinkles appeared in flange、web、radius were analyzed by L/D,providing reference for the spar design and manufacture.The results show that ATL splicing gaps has no influence to wrinkle,without precompaction is more beneficial to HDF,reduce the flange height can improve HDF wrinkle,multiple hot drape forming can also improve wrinkle,but there’s no obvious effect when the flange is more higher.
