碳纤维槽钢树脂传递成型工艺仿真及制备

摘要 纤维复合材料具有比强度高、比刚度大、耐腐蚀、可设计等多种优点,被广泛应用于各种行业。作为复合材料成型工艺的一种,树脂传递成型工艺(Resin Transfer Molding,RTM)是一种高质量、高精度、低成本、绿色化的闭模成型工艺。以Darcy定律为基础的RTM仿真技术能够快速地模拟出树脂在成型时的浸润状态,为RTM工艺提供了设计参考,降低了试错率。本文依据计算机仿真技术,通过对原材料的测试、模具的设计和工艺参数的优化,成功制备了碳纤维槽钢,其孔隙率、纤维体积含量、固化度及内部质量等理化性能充分达到设计要求。 Fiber composite materials have various advantages such as high specific strength,high specific stiffness,corrosion resistance,and designability,and are widely used in various industries.As a type of composite material molding process,Resin Transfer Molding(RTM)is a high-quality,high-precision,low-cost,and environmentally friendly closed mold molding process.The RTM simulation technology based on Darcy's law can quickly simulate the wetting state of resin during molding,providing design reference for RTM process and reducing the trial and error rate.Based on computer simulation technology,this article successfully prepared carbon fiber channel steel through testing of raw materials,design of molds,and optimization of process parameters.Its physical and chemical properties such as porosity,fiber volume content,curing degree,and internal quality fully meet the design requirements.
