紫苏杂种F_(1)的SSR标记鉴定及性状分析

摘要 鉴定真实的F1杂种是开展紫苏杂交育种和构建遗传学研究群体的基础。本研究以‘冀紫1号’为母本,‘冀紫2号’为父本配制杂交组合,利用简单重复序列(simple sequence repeat,SSR)标记进行F_(1)杂种真伪性鉴定,分析了亲本和真杂种的农艺性状和生理生化指标。结果表明从29对SSR引物中筛选出1对扩增稳定、条带清晰、能够区分双亲及杂交种的引物ZS-14,利用该引物共鉴定出46株真实杂种。杂种植株在株高、叶长、叶宽、叶片重量和可溶性糖等性状上综合了双亲的优势。本研究结果为紫苏杂种真伪性鉴定及杂交育种提供了指导。 The identification of real F_(1) hybrids is the basis for developing Perilla hybrid breeding and constructing genetic research groups.In this study,hybrid combinations were prepared with"Jizi 1"as the female parent and"Jizi 2"as the male parent.Simple sequence repeat(SSR)markers were used to identify the authenticity of F_(1) hybrids.And the agronomic traits and quality traits of the parents and real hybrids were analyzed.The results showed that among the 29 pairs of SSR primers,there was 1 pair of primer ZS-14,which was stable in amplification,clear bands,capable of distinguishing parents and identifying real hybrids.A total of 46 real hybrids were identified using this primer.Hybrid plants integrated the advantages of both parents in traits such as plant height,leaf length,leaf width,leaf weight and soluble sugar.The research results provide guidance for the authenticity identification and cross breeding of Perilla hybrids.
