基于大数据技术的网络信息安全事件检测系统设计

摘要 随着网络信息安全事件频发,传统防护手段已难以应对日益复杂的安全威胁。文中设计了一种基于大数据技术的网络信息安全事件检测系统。该系统采用模块化设计,具有数据采集与预处理、实时分析与监控、安全事件关联分析、报告与响应4个功能模块。各模块融合了机器学习、知识图谱、因果推理等技术,能实现网络安全数据的高效处理和智能分析。实验结果表明,该系统在攻击检测精度、处理性能、响应时效等方面均优于传统方法,为解决网络安全问题提供了新的思路。 With the frequent occurrence of network information security incidents,traditional protection methods have been unable to cope with increasingly complex security threats.This paper designs a network information security incident detection system based on big data technology.The system adopts modular design and has four functional modules:data collection and preprocessing,real-time analysis and monitoring,security incident correlation analysis,and reporting and response.Each module integrates machine learning,Knowledge Graph,causal reasoning and other technologies to realize efficient processing and intelligent analysis of cyber security data.Experimental results show that the system outperforms traditional methods in attack detection accuracy,processing performance,and response timeliness,providing new ideas for solving cyber security problems.
