摘要
星载环境对天线结构设计提出了严格的轻小化要求,同时要求天线有足够的刚度和强度。文中针对一种星载相控阵天线,设计了一种适应子阵可扩展的阵列天线结构功能一体化架构,对天线主承力框架进行了轻量化结构设计和优化。力学分析和试验结果均表明,该天线主承力框架稳定可靠,强度安全裕度满足设计要求,天线结构设计合理可行。
The onboard environment imposes strict requirements for antenna structure design to be lightweight and compact,while also requiring the antenna to have sufficient rigidity and strength.In this paper,a scalable array antenna structure and functional integration architecture adapted to subarrays was designed for a spaceborne phased array antenna,and the main loadbearing frame of the antenna was designed and optimized for lightweight structure.The mechanical analysis and experimental results both indicate that the main load-bearing frame of the antenna is stable and reliable,the strength safety margin meets the design requirements,and the antenna structure design is reasonable and feasible.
