基于树莓派的森林火灾检测及预警平台的设计与实现

摘要 火灾是危及森林生态系统的最重要因素之一,为进行及时、有效的火灾防治,开发实时的火焰检测及预警平台十分重要。文中提出了一种基于树莓派的火焰检测平台,可植入无人机或机器人等巡检设备完成嵌入式在线检测。该平台利用USB摄像头进行图像采集,由主控接收数据并采用轻量化的YOLOv5完成火焰检测;利用5G通信模块将检测记录回传至远端服务器并记录历史消息,在有疑似火情出现时通过邮件向管理员发出警报。实验表明,该平台能实现对火焰的识别并满足在线检测的时效性要求,具备一定的实用性。 Fire is one of the most important factors endangering the forest ecosystem.In order to carry out timely and effective fire prevention and control,it is very important to develop a real-time flame detection and early warning platform.This paper proposes a flame detection platform based on Raspberry Pi,which can be implanted into patrol equipment such as drones or robots to complete embedded online detection.The platform uses a USB camera for image acquisition,the main control receives the data and uses a lightweight YOLOv5 to complete flame detection;the 5G communication module is used to send the detection record back to the remote server and record the chat history,and to alert the administrator by email when there is a suspected fire.Experiments show that the platform can realize the identification of flames and meet the timeliness requirements of online detection,and has certain practicability.
