摘要
茶叶拼配是提升茶叶外观、口感,稳定茶产品品质,提高茶叶经济效益的重要工艺手段。拼配技术的发展也是中国茶产业发展的缩影,因此,对茶叶拼配技术的发展进行研究具有重要意义。文章概述了茶叶拼配的概念、茶叶拼配在茶产品上的应用、茶叶拼配技术、设备等,提炼了茶叶拼配存在的问题,展望了未来的发展趋势,以期为茶叶拼配技术及其设备的发展提供参考。
Tea blending is an important technological means to improve the appearance and taste,stabilize the quali-ty and improve the economic benefits of tea.The development of tea blending is also an epitome of the develop-ment of China's tea industry,so it is of great significance to study the development of tea blending.This paper sum-marized the concept of tea blending,the application of tea blending in tea products,tea blending technology,equip-ment,etc.,refined the existing problems of tea blending,and proposed the future development trend,in order to pro-vide reference for the development of tea industry.
