政府在欠发达地区中职教育产教融合中的政策引导机制研究

摘要 在全面推进乡村振兴、推动现代职业教育高质量发展的进程中,我国农村经济欠发达地区中职产教融合发展亟需推进。政府作为社会力量和教育力量的有效整合主体,应发挥协调指引作用,推动中等职业教育产教融合发展,突破困境,迈向新境。结合文献研究及对山西欠发达地区中等职业学校的实地调研,分析当下中等职业教育产教融合发展面临的困境;依据中等职业教育产教融合的育人要求,提出政府需要在中职教育产教融合中发挥对学校和企业的指挥者作用,在加强自身建设的同时强化对学校和企业的政策引导机制。 In the process of comprehensively advancing rural revitalization and promoting the high-quality development of modern vocational education,the economy and education of China's rural county areas are facing structural problems,and the integration of secondary vocational education and industry needs to be urgently promoted.The government,as the key link between social forces and educational forces,should play its role as the"commander"to guide the development of integration of secondary vocational education.This paper combines the current research literature and our investigation on secondary vocational schools in underdeveloped areas of Shanxi Province and proposes that the government needs to strengthen the guiding policy of the schools and enterprises.
