远程监督居家呼吸康复在稳定期支气管扩张症患者中的应用

Application of Tele-home-care to Respiratory Rehabilitation in Patients with Bronchiectasis in Stable Phase

目的:探讨远程监督居家呼吸康复在稳定期支气管扩张症患者中的应用效果。方法:选择2022年4月1日~8月31日收治的80例稳定期支气管扩张症患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组实施远程监督居家呼吸康复,两组干预时间均为12周;比较两组干预前后改良版英国医学研究理事会呼吸困难指数(mMRC)、六分钟步行试验(6MWT)、第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1)),干预前后自我管理能力评分、圣乔治呼吸问卷(SGRQ)评分。结果:观察组干预后mMRC低于对照组(P<0.05),6MWT、FEV_(1)及自我管理能力评分高于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05);干预后,两组SGRQ评分低于干预前(P<0.01),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:远程监督居家呼吸康复可有效改善稳定期支气管扩张症患者的肺功能,提高运动耐力和生活质量。

Objective:To explore the application effect of tele-home-care to respiratory rehabilitation in patients with bronchiectasis in stable phase.Methods:A total of 80 patients with bronchiectasis in stable phase,admitted from April 1 to August 31,2022,were selected as the research objects and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group by the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given tele-home-care to patients with respiratory rehabilitation.The intervention time of the two groups was 12 weeks.The mMRC,6MWT,FEV1,the scores of selfmanagement ability and SGRQ were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:After intervention,the mMRC in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the 6MWT,FEV1 and the scores of self-management ability were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01,P<0.05),the SGRQ scores of the two groups were lower after intervention than those before intervention(P<0.01),and the SGRQ scores of the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Tele-home-care to respiratory rehabilitation can effectively improve the lung function,exercise tolerance and quality of life of patients with bronchiectasis in stable phase.
