老年冠心病PCI术后患者应用HAPA护理模式的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of HAPA Nursing Model on Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease after PCI Surgery

目的:探讨老年冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后患者应用健康行动过程取向(HAPA)护理模式的效果。方法:选取104例老年冠心病PCI术后患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各52例,对照组实施常规护理模式,观察组实施HAPA护理模式;比较两组干预前后冠心病自我管理量表(CSMS)、健康促进生活方式量表(HPLP-Ⅱ)、老年人体适能测试方法(SFT)评分。结果:干预后,两组CSMS、HPLP-Ⅱ评分高于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组SFT各项能力优于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:HAPA护理模式可提高老年冠心病PCI术后患者的自我管理能力,改善健康促进行为,调节体适能力。

Objective:To analyze the effect of health action process approach(HAPA)nursing model on elderly patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)surgery.Methods:A total of 104 elderly patients with coronary heart disease after PCI surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group by the ranmom number table method,with 52 cases in each group.The routine nursing model was taken in the control group and HAPA nursing model was conducted in the observation group.The scores of CSMS,HPLP-Ⅱand the Physical Fitness Test for the Elderly(SFT)were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:After intervention,the scores of CSMS and HPLP-Ⅱin the two groups were higher than those before intervention(P<0.05),and the scores in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The each ability of SFT in the two groups were better after intervention than that before intervention(P<0.05),and the each ability of SFT in the observation group were better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:HAPA nursing model can improve the self-management ability,health-promoting behavior and physical fitness ability of elderly patients with coronary heart disease after PCI surgery.
