基于德尔菲法的健康教育对NB患儿化疗期间家属疾病管理能力及心境状态的影响

Effect of Health Education based on Delphi Method on Disease Management Ability and Mood State of Family Members of NB Children duringChemotherapy

目的:探讨基于德尔菲法的健康教育对神经母细胞瘤(NB)患儿化疗期间家属疾病管理能力及心境状态的影响。方法:选取2020年5月1日~2022年6月30日化疗的102例(名)NB患儿及其家属为研究对象。其中2020年5月1日~2021年5月31日收治的50例(名)为对照组,接受常规护理;2021年6月1日~2022年6月30日收治的52例(名)为观察组,在对照组基础上接受基于德尔菲法的健康教育;比较两组护理后家属疾病管理能力、护理前后心境状态[采用简明心境状态量表(POMS-SF)]及患儿生活质量[采用儿童生存质量癌症模块量表(PedsQLTM 3.0)],化疗期间不良反应、家属护理满意度。结果:护理后,观察组家属疾病管理能力得分高于对照组(P<0.01);护理后,两组家属POMS-SF、患儿PedsQLTM 3.0评分均优于护理前(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);观察组患儿化疗期间不良反应发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05),家属护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于德尔菲法的健康教育能够提高NB患儿化疗期间家属疾病管理能力,改善其心境状态,有助于提升患儿生活质量,减少化疗不良反应,家属护理满意度较高。

Objective:To explore the effect of health education based on Delphi method on disease management ability and mood state of family members of children with neuroblastoma(NB)during chemotherapy.Methods:102 children with NB received chemotherapy in the hospital from May 1,2020 to June,30,2022 and their families were enrolled in the study.Among them,50 children patients admitted from May 1,2020 to May 31,2021 were taken as the control group and received routine nursing care;the other 52 children patients admitted from June 1,2021 to June 30,2022 were selected as the observation group and received additional health education based on Delphi method.The disease management ability of family members after nursing care,mood state before and after nursing care(POMS-SF),quality of life of the children(PedsQLTM 3.0),adverse reactions during chemotherapy and satisfaction of the family members with nursing care were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing care,the score of disease management ability of family members in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).The scores of POMS-SF of family members in both groups and PedsQLTM 3.0 of the children were better after nursing care than those before nursing care(P<0.05),and the scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).The incidence of adverse reactions during chemotherapy in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction of family members was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Health education based on Delphi method can improve the disease management ability and mood state of family members of NB children during chemotherapy,improve the quality of life of the children,reduce adverse reactions of chemotherapy and obtain high nursing satisfaction of family members.
