以行动研究法为基准的早期康复护理在老年高血压性脑出血患者中的应用

Application of Early Nursing Intervention based on Action Research Method in Elderly Patients with Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage

目的:探讨以行动研究法为基准的早期康复护理在老年高血压性脑出血(HICH)患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年7月1日~2022年7月1日收治的116例老年HICH患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为参照组和干预组各58例,参照组实施常规康复护理措施,干预组实施以行动研究法为基准的早期康复护理措施;比较两组入院1 d、干预4周后疾病认知、肢体功能[采用功能综合评定量表(FCA)]、平衡功能[采用Tinetti平衡与步态量表(POMA)]及并发症发生情况。结果:干预4周后,两组疾病认知评分、FCA、POMA评分均高于入院1 d(P<0.05),且干预组高于参照组(P<0.05);干预组并发症发生率低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:以行动研究法为基准的早期康复护理措施能够提高老年HICH患者疾病认知度,改善关节及平衡功能,降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To explore the application effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention based on action research method in elderly patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH).Methods:A total of 116 elderly patients with HICH admitted from July 1,2020 to July 1,2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and intervention group,with 58 cases in each group.The control group received routine rahabilitation and nursing care measures and the intervention group received early nursing intervention based on action research method.Disease cognition,limb function(FCA),balance function(POMA)and complications were compared between the two groups one day after admission and 4 weeks after nursing intervention.Results:After 4 weeks of the intervention,the scores of disease cognition and FCA and POMA scores in the two groups were higher than those on one day after admission(P<0.05),and the scores in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early rehabilitation nursing intervention based on action research method can improve the disease cognition of elderly patients with HICH,improve joint and balance function,and reduce the incidence of complications.
