公共图书馆阅读市集服务研究

摘要 近年来,阅读市集服务在公共图书馆界兴起。本文调研16家公共图书馆阅读市集服务情况,从时间、空间、参与机构、开展方式四个角度梳理阅读市集服务的开展概况,总结其主要内容,发现阅读市集具有开放性与参与性、灵活性与包容性、文化性与知识性、互动性与社交性、多元性与广泛性、趣味性与娱乐性等特征,以及盘活文献资源、构建文化景观、塑造第三空间、拓展阅读形态、体现文旅融合五大功能。从形式与内容、娱乐与阅读、粗放与集约三个角度来看,未来阅读市集服务须以“内容为王”“端庄休闲”理念,优化服务内容,走集约化阅读市集服务路线。 In recent years,reading market service has emerged in public libraries.This paper investigates the construction of reading market services in 16 public libraries,analyzes the forms and main services of reading market from four perspectives:time,space,collaboration,and program,and summarizes the main features of reading market services,such as,openness and participation,flexibility and inclusiveness,culturality and information,interactivity and sociability,diversity and universality,interestingness and entertainment.Besides,this paper also summarizes the main functions of reading market services,such as,activating collection resources,building cultural landscape,shaping the third space,expanding reading form,and reflecting integration of culture and tourism.Finally,from the three perspectives of form and content,entertainment and reading,and extensiveness and intensification,the paper points out that the future reading market service should optimize the service content and take the route of intensive services based on the concept of"content is the king"and"dignified leisure".
