摘要
职业本科教育专业教学标准建设有助于明确职业本科教育类型定位与高层次站位、完善职业本科教育个体生态与群体生态、建构高层次技术技能人才培养路径,实现标准引领、动态平衡与供需匹配。其中,职业本科教育专业教学标准的内容构成应遵循“为谁培养人”“培养什么人”“怎样培养人”的内在逻辑,明确人才培养的职业面向,找准人才培养类型定位、道德素质定位与“知能”定位,厘清专业教学规范、教学资源供给、教学质量评估保障的内容要素。为推动职业本科教育专业教学标准建设,要明确逻辑起点、参与主体和基本流程,加强顶层设计,建立行动主体准入与部门协调机制、质量监督与评估机制和国际交流机制,保障专业教学标准建设的制度性基础、有序性、有效性以及提高国际化水平。
Well⁃defined standards for undergraduate vocational education programs are essential to establish the distinct identity and high⁃level positioning of vocational education,enhance the individual and collective ecosystem of vocational undergraduate education,forge pathways for cultivating high⁃level technical talent,and achieve standard⁃guided,dynamically balanced,and demand⁃aligned education.Our proposed framework for these teaching standards follows an internal logic addressing three key questions:“For whom are we educating?”,“Who are we educating?”,and“How are we educating?”.This involves clarifying career orientations,identifying educational type,setting specific goals for moral,knowledge,and skill development,and specifying elements of curriculum norms,resource allocation,and quality assurance mechanisms.To facilitate the development and implementation of these standards,it is crucial to establish a clear logical foundation,identify key stakeholders;and delineate fundamental processes.Additionally,necessary steps include strengthening top⁃level design,instituting mechanisms for stakeholder participation,inter⁃departmental coordination,quality supervision and evaluation,and international collaboration.These measures aim to ensure a solid institutional foundation,orderly implementation,and effectiveness of the standards while enhancing their international relevance.
