汞污染稻田土壤调理剂效果研究

摘要 通过选用市面上常见的品牌商品化土壤调理剂产品和高校、科研院所复配土壤调理剂产品共10种,在南京江宁区汞污染稻田开展田间试验,探讨这10种土壤调理剂对土壤pH、土壤汞、土壤养分和水稻籽粒中汞含量的影响。结果表明,与对照相比,使用土壤调理剂一定程度上可提高土壤pH,降低土壤汞含量和水稻籽粒汞含量。同时,施用土壤调理剂还能有效提高土壤有机质、有效磷、速效钾含量,降低碱解氮含量。不同土壤调理剂处理均可降低水稻汞富集系数,降幅为19.0%~62.6%。其中,对水稻籽粒汞富集系数的降幅较高的为有机硫改良剂,其次为黏土矿物基土壤调理剂和硅钙镁土壤调理剂。 A total of 10 kinds of commercialized soil conditioner products of common brands on the market and soil conditioner products compounded by universities and scientific research institutes were selected to carry out field tests in mercury-polluted paddy fields in Jiangning District of Nanjing,to explore the effects of these 10 soil conditioners on soil pH,soil mercury,soil nutrients and Hg content in rice grains.The results showed that compared with the control,the use of soil conditioner could improve soil pH,reduce soil mercury content and rice grain Hg content to some extent.At the same time,the application of soil conditioner could also effectively improve the content of soil organic matter,available phosphorus and available potassium,and reduce the content of alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen.The mercury enrichment coefficient of rice could be reduced by different soil conditioners,with a decrease of 19.0%-62.6%.Among them,organic sulfur improver had a higher reduction in grain BCF,followed by clay mineral-based soil conditioner and calcium silicate soil conditioner.
