农村妇女新业态就业意愿影响因素研究——基于齐河县的调查

Study on the Factors Influencing the Employment Intention of Rural Women in New Business Forms—Based on a Survey in Qihe County

农村妇女是实现农业农村现代化的关键角色。根据实地调研数据,建立一个二元Logistic模型,从个人特征、家庭情况、政策扶持、社会环境4个方面对当地农村妇女新业态就业意愿的影响因素进行调查和实证分析。结果表明,年龄、受教育程度、身体状况、老幼病残数量、政策了解度、技能培训以及期望薪资对当地农村妇女新业态就业意愿具有显著的影响。为提升齐河县农村妇女新业态就业意愿,提出提高农村妇女的教育文化水平、缓解农村妇女家庭照料压力、加强农村妇女就业政策宣传、提高农村妇女技能培训意见、建立劳动基准账户等对策。

Rural women are the key role in realizing agricultural and rural modernization.Based on field research data,establish a binary logistic model to investigate and empirically analyze the influencing factors of local rural women’s willingness to engage in new forms of employment from four aspects:personal characteristics,family situation,policy support,and social environment.The results indicate that age,education level,physical condition,number of elderly and young people with disabilities,policy awareness,skill training,and expected salary have a significant impact on the employment willingness of local rural women in new formats.In order to enhance the willingness of rural women in Qihe County to engage in new forms of employment,measures such as improving the education and cultural level of rural women,alleviating the pressure of family care for rural women,strengthening the promotion of employment policies for rural women,improving skills training for rural women,and establishing labor benchmark accounts are proposed.
