大气环境污染评估粒子扩散模拟程序计算效率优化研究

摘要 粒子扩散模拟程序是大气环境污染评估中的常用工具,特别是在各类设施应急条件下的环境污染评价工作中使用较为普遍,但由于考虑的物理过程较为复杂,计算效率成为影响使用效果的重要因素。此研究将一个大气环境污染评价模型LPAM的耗时部分移植到国产加速卡,并对移植前后的加速效果进行了评估,结果显示在计算释放30天的情景时,加速比可达1.58,但由于计算程序的耗时部分在加速卡,主机与设备端的通讯耗时使得程序没有达到成倍数的提升。若仅对移植部分程序进行分析,加速卡上的计算速度比单个CPU计算的速度可提升100倍以上。 Particle diffusion simulation programs are commonly used tools in atmospheric pollution assessment,especially in environmental pollution assessment under various emergency conditions of facilities.However,due to the complexity of the physical processes,computational efficiency has become an important factor affecting the effectiveness of the programs.This study transplanted the time-consuming part of an atmospheric pollution assessment model LPAM to a domestically produced accelerator card and evaluated the acceleration effect before and after the transplantation.The results showed that when calculating the scenario of releasing for 30 days,the acceleration ratio could reach 1.58.But as the time-consuming part of the calculation program is included in the accelerator card,the program did not achieving a significant increase due to the communication between the host and the device.By analyzing the porting part of the program,it is find that calculation speed on the accelerator card can be increased by more than 100 times compared to the calculation speed of a single CPU.
